Autumn wreath

 Η συμμετοχή μου στην πρόκληση του Οκτωβρίου

του Scrap N Pieces Challenge Blog με θέμα Autumn είναι ένα φθινοπωρινό στεφάνι.

Ξεκίνησα με ένα στεφάνι από κλαδιά.

Στη συνέχεια έφτιαξα από αυτοξηρούμενο πηλό "λουλούδια"

και τα έβαψα σε φθινοπωρινά χρώματα.

Πέρασα mixion σε κάποια σημεία και κόλλησα φύλλα ψευδόχρυσου.

Στη συνέχεια λύγισα μαύρο σίρμα και έφτιαξα κοτσάνι για κάθε άνθος.

 Πέρασα gesso σε αληθινά φύλλα, μετά τα έβαψα με ακρυλικά

και πέρασα με στένσιλ μια πάστα χρυσού χρώματος.

Τόνισα κάποιες νευρώσεις με χρυσό contour

και πιτσίλισα με ακρυλικά.

Τα πέρασα όλα στο στεφάνι μαζι με χρυσό σίρμα και μικρές χρυσές χάντρες

και έτοιμο.

Plum Forest

Hello my crafty friends!!!

This time I would like to combine two challenges.

 The first one is October' s Berry71blue challenge

with the following fabulous Plum Passion mood board.

I was inspired by the plum color, the tree and the flowers.

The second one is October' s Scrapki-Wyzwaniowo challenge.

The theme is Forest.

 

So I created a Plum Forest.

I made a mixed media painting on a piece of wood.

Below are some closest photos.

I used crackle paste and gesso to create  the trees.

Think pink

I made a mixed media wooden heart as a gift for a friend.

The inspiration was the theme of Simon Says Stamp Challenge, "Think Pink".

I painted the wooden heart with a grey acrylic paint.

 I chose a stencil and used a pink metallic acrylic paint to put down the pattern.

I decoupaged a butterfly and leaves on a cardboard.

I painted the leaves and stuck them on the heart with stamped papers, pink thread and lace.

I painted the butterfly and added wire and beads.

Also, I added handmade paper pink flowers and a floral chipboard.

I splashed white gesso

and tied a ribbon.

Autumn leaves

I was inspired by the challenge theme Elements of Nature

of Stamps and Stencils blog.

 I used two real dried leaves. I stuck them on a piece of wood.

 I used gesso and modelling paste with a stencil.

The frame is handmade from wood slats 

which I cut to the desired dimensions and then forcibly aged them.

This art journal pages are made with my prize from Dragonfly Journeys.

Thank you so much Jeannie for this beautiful digital stamp with the pumpkins.

I used crackle paste on pumpkins and gesso on the leaves to give more texture.

 For background I used a stencil with modelling paste.

 Firstly I painted the sky with a turquoise acrylic color and when it dried,

I used a brown acrylic color as a patina (I removed it with a baby wipe).

 At the basket with the apples I used twine for handles.

Totally resistable

I made two cards for Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge 

"Totally Resistable"

 I used gellatos to paint the cards.

Then I remove the paint with a baby wipe and stencils.

Just for you

I was wondering if it is difficult to made a paper rose,

so I watched some you tube videos and I tried to make it.

 I confess that it's not so complicated as I thought.

I used a plain paper which I stamped it with distress inks.

I hope I will make a tutorial soon.

Then the second thought was how to use it,

so I made a card and put the rose on it.

 I used cork and cardboard, stencils, stamps, lace, black wire.
